Terms of service
Paid checkout remains closed until the operator supplies and reviews the terms of service and privacy notice.
CabinSpy monitors Cruise.com inventory for cabin-number, exact-category, and eligible cabin-pair matches. A scheduled observation does not reserve a cabin, guarantee that a booking remains available, or check prices, residency, or passenger ages. Occupancy is part of the alert configuration.
The application stores account information, alert settings, and source observations. Payments use Stripe-hosted checkout. CabinSpy does not collect payment-card details. Account deletion removes watchlists and anonymizes the application account; records needed for billing, security, and applicable retention obligations may remain.
